Dr. Cassara and his staff take the extra time to explain and review all treatments before they do anything. Dr. Cassara has been in practice since 2001 and continues to train on his spinal adjustment techniques to ensure that his patients receive the best care possible.
We utilize corrective exercises to help our patients achieve and maintain optimal results. Some exercises with be performed in the office, but most are done at home. The doctor with prescribe a unique exercise program based on your specific case. You will be instructed in the office, perform them to ensure proper technique and given home instructions to ensure that they are done properly.
It is important to review the activities that our patients are involved in. We find it useful to review proper habits in work, at home and during activities to prevent future injuries. Our goal is to assist patients in maintaining their gains and minimize the chances of future problems. We realize that each of our patients are a complete person, and work with them to reach their goals.
